What We Do
Vision: A City of Boulder where homeless and at-risk individuals and families can access the housing, behavioral health services, and support systems needed to achieve stability and self-sufficiency.

Strategic Priorities:Â
- Behavioral Health Access & Recovery - Expand access to behavioral health services, crisis care, treatment, and recovery supports.Â
- Housing Stability Pathways - Create pathways from homelessness and crisis to stable housing and self-sufficiency.Â
- Homelessness Prevention & Early Intervention - Reduce inflow into homelessness through prevention, stabilization, and early intervention strategies.Â
