Boulder Responds

What We Do

Vision: A City of Boulder where homeless and at-risk individuals and families can access the housing, behavioral health services, and support systems needed to achieve stability and self-sufficiency.

Goal: Reduce homelessness in Boulder County by 50%, with a particular focus on chronic homelessness and behavioral health access.

Strategic Priorities:

  • Behavioral Health Access & Recovery - Expand access to behavioral health services, crisis care, treatment, and recovery supports.
  • Housing Stability Pathways - Create pathways from homelessness and crisis to stable housing and self-sufficiency.
  • Homelessness Prevention & Early Intervention - Reduce inflow into homelessness through prevention, stabilization, and early intervention strategies.
