• Housing Innovation & Regional Partnerships - Strengthen regional collaboration among public, private, nonprofit, educational, and philanthropic partners to expand housing solutions. 
• Housing Accountability & Community Impact - Improve transparency, education, and accountability to ensure housing investments produce measurable community outcomes.
