To be clear, there is a great deal to appreciate in the most recent draft update to the Boulder Valley Comprehensive Plan, also known as the BVCP or simply the comp plan. The document reflects thoughtful work and meaningful community engagement.

What Does Economic Resilience Actually Look Like in Boulder?

Across the nation, as in Boulder, certain industries are experiencing growth, while others have entered a period of stagnation and even decline. That is the nature of economic cycles, whether driven by customer demand or public policy shifts, often unpredictable, yet as certain as the rising tides.
