Boulder Star Card Call for Artists

The Boulder Chamber, in collaboration with Boulder County Arts Alliance, seeks to commission a professional local artist, illustrator, or designer to create an original image for licensing as the 2026 Boulder Star holiday card.

Open to All Professional Visual Artists, Illustrators, and Designers in the Boulder Region.

Transportation Maintenance Fee: Standing on Principle

It isn’t that the Boulder Chamber opposes efforts to secure funding for priority initiatives, including transportation. Case in point is our support for extension of the current Community Culture, Resilience and Safety tax on this year’s ballot. It also doesn’t mean we’re blind to the need for investment in our transportation system.

Boulder Economy Faces Headwinds – And High Hopes

The Economic Summit, which attracted about 375 attendees, was designed to bring some clarity to what’s happening, with presentations on higher education, city government’s role in economic vitality, key industries, the overall economy and the impact of the Sundance Film Festival.
