Meet Rachel!

Originally from Fort Collins, Colorado, Rachel moved to Boulder in 2013 to attend the University of Colorado. After completing her degree, she stayed local because she fell in love with the mountains—and her husband!

As a member of our Business Women’s Leadership Group Advisory Committee, you’ve likely seen Rachel’s smiling face at registration tables, welcoming guests and BWLG members, and spending time networking. She loves to network and initially joined our ambassador team to become more involved in her community. As she connects with our members, she reflects on her own leadership journey and her mentors who helped her learn and develop professionally. Now, she wants to give to others what she received—peer guidance and support as people navigate their professional journeys.

In her day job, Rachel is the Location Director at the Boulder location of Symmetry360 Massage. In addition to this leadership role, she is also a Licensed Massage Therapist. She describes herself as a leader of healers working at the intersection of personal wellness, growth, and equality to create a more harmonious local, national, and international community!

She loves helping clients feel better in their bodies!

What is your favorite thing about Boulder (or Colorado)?

My favorite thing about Colorado is our incredible weather year-round, but the snow truly has my heart.

How long have you been a Boulder Chamber Ambassador?

I'm a brand new Boulder Chamber Ambassador!

What is your favorite thing about being an Ambassador?

My favorite thing about being an Ambassador is meeting people outside of the massage therapy world and seeing how much we can learn from each other.

What other ways are you involved with the Boulder Chamber?

You can usually find me attending events with the Business Women's Leadership Group, but I also attend the Bolder Young Professionals Group and Business Before Hours events. Networking is my jam!

What is your favorite Boulder Chamber event, and why?

I loved going to the Women's Night of Connection last year. It is incredible to be in a room with amazing women who are continuing to lead and innovate in their industries.

What’s your favorite hobby?

I'm an avid reader.

What is your favorite snack?

Anything spicy!
