Description

The Boulder County Film Commission (BCFC), a program of the Boulder Chamber, is seeking proposals from innovative and highly creative web design firms to redesign and modernize the BCFC website. This project represents a rare opportunity to showcase cutting-edge digital design on a global stage, especially with the increased visibility surrounding the upcoming Sundance Film Festival and the renewed international attention on Colorado as a creative hub.

The Chamber encourages proposals that include both cash and trade components, allowing for collaboration that supports our entire creative ecosystem while delivering exceptional value.

Our aim is to launch a visually stunning, high-performance website that positions Boulder County as a destination for filmmakers, producers, and creative professionals.

Background

Boulder County has long been a magnet for filmmakers and creative talent, and the Boulder County Film Commission plays a central role in promoting our region’s locations, resources, and production support. As global attention increases, our digital presence must rise to the moment.

The current website no longer reflects the sophistication, innovation, or ambition of our creative community. This redesign is an opportunity for a partner agency to demonstrate its most imaginative work and help shape how Boulder County is seen around the world.

Project Goals

The redesigned website should address core performance and functional needs while also delivering:

  • A bold, visually striking website that reflects the artistic energy of Boulder County
