Ambassador Spotlight: Olivia Temple

May 4, 2025
Meet Olivia!
As a Chamber Ambassador and the Community Engagement Manager at Voices for Children (CASA of Boulder County), Olivia Temple plays an active role in strengthening community ties across Boulder. She brings a calm energy to every interaction, and her work, both professionally and through the Chamber, is grounded in a deep commitment to connection and purpose.
Originally from Groton, Massachusetts, Olivia came to Boulder after completing graduate school in Washington, D.C. Seeking a slower pace and a fresh start, she and her fiancé explored several cities before deciding on Boulder. A visit to his brother and sister-in-law, who had recently moved to the area, helped solidify the choice. The balance of natural beauty, a welcoming community, and opportunity made Boulder feel like the right place to call home.
In her role at Voices for Children, Olivia focuses on building meaningful partnerships with local businesses and organizations to help expand awareness of the organization's work. She organizes events that celebrate volunteers and raise crucial funds, manages the organization’s social media presence, and supports volunteer recruitment. Much of her time is spent meeting new people, learning about their interests, and helping them find the best ways to get involved—whether that’s through volunteering, donating, or simply spreading the word.
Becoming a Boulder Chamber Ambassador was a natural extension of that work. The role gives Olivia even more opportunities to connect with local leaders, welcome new members, and introduce others to the impactful work happening at Voices for Children. At Chamber events, she’s often the one greeting guests with a friendly smile, offering helpful introductions, and making sure everyone feels included.
Olivia’s approach is grounded in listening, relationship-building, and a genuine belief in the power of community. Her presence adds warmth and thoughtfulness to every event she attends, and her work continues to make a lasting impact on both the Boulder business community and the lives of children and families across the county.
