Sundance Film Festival Partner Hub

Welcome!

The Sundance Film Festival is coming to Boulder in 2027, and we’re here to help local businesses, property owners, brands, and Festival partners make the most of this landmark cultural moment. Through our Sundance Film Festival Partner Hub, we connect organizations seeking space with available commercial properties across the city—supporting operational, promotional, and leasing needs while creating valuable opportunities for Boulder’s business community.

Here's how it works:

  1. Submit an Inquiry Form

If you’re looking for commercial space during the Festival, complete the “Find Commercial Space”* form below. If you’re a Boulder business or property owner interested in leasing your space, select the “Lease Your Existing Space”** form.

  2. Share Your Needs or Space Details

Tell us about your brand or business and the type of space you’re seeking. If you’re offering space, share details about your property, i.e., location, size, layout, availability, and any unique features. The more information you provide, the better we can identify strong matches.

If needed, we’ll introduce you to a local commercial real estate professional who can guide you through the process, from sourcing and touring spaces to negotiating and securing a lease. (Some participants may choose to work independently.)

Every partnership strengthens our community and helps create a welcoming, vibrant Festival experience.  Let’s get started!
