The Chamber is committed to supporting the energy efficiency and environmental sustainability goals of the city of Boulder, the state of Colorado, as well as partnering with Governor Ritter’s efforts encouraging the growth of Colorado's New Energy Economy.

CleanTech Boulder
The Chamber has collaborated with the city, university, non-profits and business leaders to form CleanTech Boulder, a formal industry cluster focused on the success of energy efficiency and sustainability-related companies, in the Boulder area. 
 
Boulder County Energy Efficiency Bonds
On November 4, 2008, Boulder County voters approved $40 million in bonds to fund energy efficiency upgrades to residential and commercial properties. This will provide an immediate boost to a wide range of Chamber member businesses involved with upgrades, remodels and construction and allow more businesses to quickly become more energy efficient. The Chamber official supported this measure and we're glad to see it pass. Read more.
